Everyday Indian Food

Creamy Hot Bean Pasta

Summer’s here! Well, this is day four in a row of sun (at the risk of tempting fate!), and so far the hottest weekend I think we’ve had this year  – albeit with the odd shower.

We’ve been sunning ourselves and have certainly been making the most of it. Quick meals in order (to maximise the sun-soak time).

Pasta is a favourite – here’s how to make it a “hot” favourite… (see what I did? Watch, enjoy, and all be be clear).

p.s.

Over the next few days we’ll post up some “non-veg” dishes (to use the Indian lingo) that we  did for a BBQ on the River  Thames (London). Ok – it was on a balcony overlooking the River Thames, but lovely all the same.
